| The Home Center Representative is responsible for managing the ECMD inventory in Home Center Stores. The HCR is responsible for working to build a strong supplier-customer relationship to increase sales in Home Center Stores. The HCR-West is responsible for the timely delivery of product to and from customers and vendors of ECMD and moving materials and finished goods to and from the manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution centers as necessary. The HCR is to always drive in a safe manner, to be courteous to customers, and to realize that s/he is a representative of the company. The HCR is also responsibele for keeping all license and DOT requirements current.
